    I went once to go black to blonde I paid 300$ and all she did was put highlights in it they never give you what you actually want. NEVER. I went back just for toner and she completely over toned my hair now it's dark again and very blue. I washed it over 30 times and hasn't came out. aren't you suppose to walk out of the hair salon and feel confident?
