  The worst experience of my life! I had a bathroom leak and contacted this company. The entire staff is unprofessional. The employees bad mouth each other to clients and also openly express their lack of confidence in their colleague’s decision. This leaves the customer completely confused about what their next step needs to be. They had no answers for the insurance adjustor as to why they did what they did in my bathroom. I ended up getting a raw deal from my homeowners insurance due to this company’s employees not communicating with each other. On speaking with the owner of this location, all I got was an apology. I will still have to spend thousands of dollars from my pocket to get the job done. The ONLY one employee they have “Jason” truly cares about his customers and tried to steer me in the right direction. Other than him, the company at this location is a complete waste of money and I would not recommend them even to my worst enemy.
