  The doctors are wonderful. The nurses are very nice but they don’t answer the phone or return calls promptly. You will be on hold ten minutes and occasionally hung up on. I’ve been with them for ten years, yet no one knows my name or my children.
  
  They will also turn you away for being late even if they are going to lunch or dinner, they will make you reschedule, and they won’t attempt to fit you in. Also you can look forward to dense traffic getting there from either direction.
