  Maybe because I arrived via ambulance this time but it's seemed to
  be improved! More thorough in their care this time in the ER but they can do better. The doctor was better but still missed the major underlying cause on my ultrasound, which means I still went home with insufficient care and basically had to figure things out for myself with what I was given. But I have to give credit. They're going in the right direction. Also, stop timing your patient runners. That's unsafe for the patients.
