  I've been going into this branch for 8 months. I don't have an account here, but my paychecks are drawn on this bank. Today, they refused to cash it, which is fine, but then they refused to tell me why not. When I spoke to the manager, she rudely told me "I'm not doing an override for you."
  I patiently explained that I wasn't asking for an override, merely an explanation. At which point she got belligerent with me. I have never experienced customer service like that anywhere, bank or not.
