  There is no pressure, only a challenge to yourself. Each session is intense and maximizes the workout. I have never left a session disappointed. The staff and coaches are by far the best of the best!!

  Best one hour workout ever! The coaches are all super motivating and helpful. From beginners to college athletes.. anyone can take these classes and leave feeling amazing. I don’t think I’ll ever stop going to OTF.

  I joined early and enjoyed my time for several months, but as more and more members joined it was hard to get a spot. Even getting off the waiting list was difficult. After a while, I did not find value in paying so much for barely anytime at the club. In addition, when I try to cancel they scam you by charging more. Worst experience ever. Definitely a buyer beware. Worst part, I didn’t even see results and I was going 4-5 times a week! Save your money, better to go to regular gym and follow a plan.
