  I've never taken the time to write a bad review in my life...but I have never experienced anything like this. We made an appointment with this company two weeks ago to have fireplaces in a house we are purchasing inspected. I was told that they would be there early afternoon and that the time would be confirmed closer to the date. I was then unable to reach anyone on the phone for the week leading up to the appointment today. I was finally able to get someone on the phone at 11am to confirm that they were coming. They told me that they had another job today and were unable to give me a time and that my realtor would just have to "sit there and wait." This is totally unacceptable so I cancelled the appointment at which point I was told to "Go F*@$% myself." I have never been spoken to like this by a business person. My suggestion is to stay as far from this guy as possible.
