  Because it's Applebee's and a chain restaurant I'm defaulting the review to 3 stars. I honestly didn't want to go there. Food looked average. Service was good. One person's plate looked like the portion was small for the price. I tried the Cheeseburger Eggrolls and really liked them, but I refused to have a meal there. The sauce had a nice pickle tang. I just had the appetizer and a drink and then went to eat dinner elsewhere.

  Food was oily/greasy, way over-seasoned and just plain bad overall. Not one thing we ordered (between 4 of us) was any good. On top of that, the service by the waiter was poor. We were dining with our young children and we were seated in a booth near the bar. The waiter would stop and talk with others at the bar and a few times used profanity that was loud enough for our kids to hear. There were others there with children as well and I'm sure they heard it too. We used to dine at Applebee's often, years ago and this was our first time back in a quite a long time... and unfortunately its also our last time.
